- The resolution in the above table is the resolution given by the monochromator. The energy was calibrated by measuring the K edge spectrum of a reference Fe metallic foil (first maximum of the derivative set at 7112 eV). The resolution of the spectrometer was 2.4eV (FWHM of the elastic peak).
