Comments
20 successive hyper-spectral measurements, with rotations of the horizontal needles holding the sample, were acquired. For each angle, pixels contained inside the sample were isolated and averaged to obtain preliminary average spectra. Then, the 20 preliminary average spectra were averaged to obtain the reflectance spectrum of an isolated particle.
