Comments
The resolution changes with the wavelenght according to the Abbe's equation.Average spectra was calculted over various area in sample C0002-FC027 and C0002-FC028. We removed pixels with no sample and noisy pixels from the IR hyperspectral images, by filtering the images based on the signal-to-noise ratio in the range of aliphatic CH stretching modes; we selected the spectra with a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 10
