Matter
- Name
- OPPS sublimation residue
- Family
- mineral
- Comments
- 200 mg of the simulant (OPPS) has been initialy mixed with 20 mL of ultra-pure water to obtain a suspension of 1 wt% of the simulant. Ices particles in which the simulant grains are trapped were formed, before deposition as a homogeneous layer in a sample holder that was used as a substrate for the sublimation experiment in the CarboNIR chamber. A total of 5.8 mg of sublimation residue was obtained.
